History -
impro.co.nz (Impro Ltd) was founded by Aaron Muir because of my love for electronic music and because of my friends complaining about the lack of outlets DJs could get high quality equipment from quickly and at a decent price.

Impro Ltd was registered with the New Zealand Companies Office on the 13/04/2004 and we have been supplying New Zealanders and Australians with DJ & Pro Audio gear ever since.

Since 2004 we have grown our product range ten fold and are now putting back into the electronic music industry by sponsoring gigs from Auckland all the way to Christchurch.

The Idea -
The idea behind impro.co.nz is to offer a new channel for DJs and Performers to get the gear they need quickly with exceptional service and most importantly at the best prices avaliable, this has been happening since 2004 and will continue to happen.

We have no desire to open any bricks and mortar stores as this would increase our over heads and in turn would increase product prices, instead we try to offer as many ways to contact us as possible such as Live Chat, 0800 893 468, Email, Online Shopping Cart etc. We really just want to make it as easy for you the customer to get hold of the gear you need now!
