COMPETITIONS
1. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash
2. The judge’s decision is final
3. Your contact details will not be passed on to any third parties
4. By entering the competition you agree if needed to be photographed and names which will be displayed on www.impro.co.nz or any other advertising media
5. Give away Credit/Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 month after prize draw
6. Credit/Gift vouchers may not be used on products that are on special, only used for the full retail price of the products advertised on our website.
6. All product prizes have a 12 month warranty

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
1. Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash
2. Vouchers can not be used on product already on special
3. Vouchers must only be used on DJ & Pro audio equipment
4. Vouchers can only be redeemed on product over $500.00
5. Vouchers expire 3 months from the date of the event

ORDERING
Ordering has never been easier. Simply click on the item you would like to purchase and then click the tab saying, “add item(s) to trolley” Then follow the simple instructions from there. Please fill out all required fields with the necessary information.

  • Please note that inadequate or wrong information may delay the processing of your order.

  • Please be careful entering numbers.

  • Correct billing addresses are required.

  • If you do experience difficulties submitting your order, or you are unable to locate a specific product please contact us immediately for assistance on 0800-893468 or via email info@impro.co.nz , as we want your shopping experience to be as easy as possible.

  • Impro will endeavour to ship the goods to the customer as soon as possible. Most products will be couriered out the same day as purchase. If any delays are expected we will notify you.

PRICE

  • The sales price on this website includes all postage throughout New Zealand & Australia.

  • All price include New Zealand GST.

  • Australian residents still have to pay the full sale price even though you are not a New Zealand Resident.

  • Impro Ltd is not liable for any Government taxes due for international orders.

  • The price you see is all you pay.

PAYMENT
Impro Limited accepts payments by the following methods:

  • Cash , by transfer into Impro Ltd bank account (contact us at info@impro.co.nz for details).

  • Cheques, No goods will be sent until the cheque has been cleared.

  • Credit Cards: Visa & Master Card

DELIVERY
Depending on stock availability, goods will be sent as soon as payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of this either by email or a telephone call. Ownership of the goods passes over to the customer as soon as the goods are paid for.

WARRANTY
All items that Impro Ltd distribute come with a warranty. The warranty period is specified in the items description on this website.

  • The warranty only covers parts and labour it does not cover general wear and tear.

  • Impro Ltd will endeavour to get the original product repaired as soon as physically possible. If the original product is unrepairable we will replace the original item. If a replacement is not available for whatever reason we will offer “in-store” credit towards another item that is distributed by Impro Ltd of equal or lesser value.

  • The warranty on any item becomes void if damage is caused by: Undue wear and tear, dirt, moisture, incorrect installation or operation, neglect, dropage, accident, warranty seal broken, or similar cause.

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. All warranty claims must have a hard copy of proof of purchase.

  • All freight for faulty Pioneer products that are under warranty will be paid for by Impro Ltd, if no warranty fault is found to freight costs must be paid by the owner of the goods.

  • The customer will pay for all freight costs associated with getting the warranty item back to Impro Ltd from all brands apart from Pioneer - we will cover the full freight costs for all warranty claims on Pioneer products, Impro Ltd will pay for the return freight to you. If no fault is found, the owner of the item is responsible for all inspection fees and return freight.

  • If the warranty becomes void, the owner can send the item back to Impro Ltd for repair, but will incur all related costs involved in the repair.
