Placing Your Order Here at impro.co.nz we take orders via our online trolley function, by email, MSN, Live Chat and by phone on 0800 893 468. The flowchart below provides you with the steps in how to place an online order with us. We provide the best possible service available and strive to get your products to you as soon as possible.

STEP 1. Create An Account - To buy our products online you will need to create a free impro.co.nz account. You do not need to create an account if ordering via email or 0800 893 468. The purpose of creating an account is so we get your correct details which speeds up the order process and also provides a more secure online purchasing environment. STEP 2. Browse Catalogue - Browse our huge catalogue, once you have found the product or products you wish to purchase simply click on "Add Item(s) to Trolley" as shown by the red circle in this picture.

STEP 3. Trolley - Your shopping trolley will now Pop Up if you have turned off all your Pop Up blocking software. In the trolley Pop Up screen you can: · Type in your order number if you have one. · Delete products clicking the red X next to the products if an error has been made. · Click Send Order if you are happy with your order. · Click Clear Trolley to delete all items and start your order again. All as shown in this picture.

STEP 4. Confirm Order - A new screen will appear and you will be asked to confirm: · Name · Delivery Address · At least one contact nu mber · Payment method. We accept Visa, Master Card, Cheques and Bank deposits. If you would like to pay by bank deposit please call or email us. Cheques are to made payable to Impro Ltd. Once all of the above is entered you can chose to SEND, EDIT or CANCEL your order.
STEP 5. Order Sent, What Now - Once you have clicked SEND order you will receive an email confirming your order, please keep this until your order arrives so that you have a reference to quote if necessary. We will now start processing your order, please read below for details on how we do this. How we process your order
Once we have received an order from you be it an online, over the phone, email or MSN / Live Chat order we check stock availability and advise you if any part of your is out of stock and if it is will give you an ETA on delivery as well as the opportunity to cancel the order.
Once all of your order has been confirmed we will debit your credit card, we wait for the cheque or bank deposits to be received and cleared into our bank account.
Once payment has been cleared we will package your order and send it out via courier to your desired delivery address any where in New Zealand or Australia FREE of charge.
